LT RANCH SOUTH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
NOTICE OF ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Organizational Meeting of the LT Ranch South Community Development District will be held at 9:00 A.M. on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at the offices of Taylor Morrison, 551 North Cattlemen Road, Suite 200, Sarasota, Florida 34232. The meeting is being held for the necessary public purpose of considering such business as more fully identified in the meeting agenda, a copy of which will be posted on the District’s website at www.LTRanchsouthcdd.org.
The purpose of this meeting is for the Board to consider any business which may properly come before it. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The meetings may be cancelled or continued to a date, time and location specified on the record at the meeting
A copy of the agenda for the hearing and meeting may be obtained at the offices of the James P. Ward, District Representative, located at 2301 Northeast 37th Street, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33308, or by Phone: (954) 658-4900, during normal business hours.
Any person requiring special accommodation at this meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Office at (954) 658-4900 at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the meeting. In accordance with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations or an interpreter to participate at this meeting should contact the District Manager by telephone at (954) 658-4900 at least seven (7) days prior to the date of the particular meeting. Toward that end, anyone wishing to listen and participate in the meeting can do so by connecting to a link that will be posted on the District’s website: www.LTRanchsouthcdd.org.
If any person decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, such person will need a record of the proceeding and such person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made at their own expense and which record includes the testimony and evidence on which the appeal is based.
