District Information

Welcome to the official website for the LT Ranch South Community Development District (the "District").  This website is funded on behalf of the District to serve two major purposes.  The first is to comply with Chapter 189.069 of the Florida Statutes, which requires each Special District to maintain an official internet website.  The second is an effort to help educate the general public about the services provided by the District, and to highlight the other agencies involved in the day-to-day operations of the Community.  These agencies include, but are not limited to, the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity, Sarasota County, and Florida State Governments. 

LT Ranch South Community Development District Disclosure

Please be advised that the LT Ranch South Community Development District (the "District"), a local unit of special purpose government created under Florida Law, and may impose and levy taxes or assessments, or both taxes and assessment, on this property. These taxes and assessments pay the construction, operation and maintenance costs of certain public facilities and services of the District and are set annually by the governing board of the District. These taxes and assessments are in addition to county and other local government taxes and assessments and all other taxes and assessments provided for by law.
